Our Philosophy

Through an academic theory and business experiences, Pam has evolved the practices towards meeting goals strategically by attracting and maintaining employees and also to manage them effectively. QUALIFICATION: B.E.(IT) / MSC (IT) / MCA
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years
PROFILE:
>> Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
>> Experience developing Web solutions and mobile applications
>> Familiarity with common stacks
>> Multiple application development project experience
>> Multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
>> Multiple back-end languages (e.g., C#, .Net) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js)
>> Exhaustive development in MS SQL Server (e.g., Queries, Stored-Procedures, functions, Triggers, Jobs, Indexes)
>> Excellent communication and teamwork skills
>> Great attention to detail

EXPERIENCE: Fresh or Experienced 2+ Years
PROFILE:
>> A candidate must have in-depth knowledge of ASP .Net
>> Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, Java script / jQuery, Ajax and CSS3.
>> An implication of OOP is must, hence in-depth understanding is necessary.
>> Design overall architecture of the web application and maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
>> Writing SQL queries, Stored-Procedures, functions, jobs and Triggers.
>> Create and manage different types of Indexes (Cluster/Non-Cluster), Constraints (Unique/Check)
>> Must have understanding Relationships & Eloquent.
>> Should have proven experience in any of the projects either on the job or during the academics.
>> Should have developed minimum 3 to 4 projects during the work experience.
>> Basic Knowledge to create REST API.
>> Maintaining existing code base, to include troubleshooting bugs and adding new features.
>> Develop the quality product using best practices.
>> Collaborate with the rest of the team and knowledge of code versioning.
>> Excellent Communication, analytical and team building Skills are desired.

>> Writing complex MS SQL Server queries, Stored-Procedures, functions, and Triggers.
>> Database and SQL Performance Tuning.
>> Development of Different Maintenance Plans for database monitoring.
>> Setup Jobs, Maintenance plans for backups, rebuilding indexes, check server health, alert, notifications
>> Create and manage different types of Indexes (Cluster/Non-Cluster), Constraints (Unique/Check)
>> Server and database security including database encryption (TDE)
>> Configuration and Maintain Replications, Log Shipping, and Mirroring for High Availability.
>> Monitor Server Activity, Error Log, space usage and solving problem as needed
